My Story

For years, I struggled with food - trapped in the binge-restrict cycle, battling body image issues, and chasing the ‘perfect’ diet while trying to embrace food freedom. I thought I had to choose between strict rules or no structure, but neither felt right. I wanted to feel good in my body without constantly ‘starting over’ - until I realised that true balance isn’t just about food; it starts with mindset.

With a background in psychology and eight years in behaviour change consulting, I saw how our mindset shapes our relationship with food and health. The beliefs we hold around dieting and self-worth create invisible barriers, making change feel impossible, even when we know what to do. Tackling these mindset blocks is just as important as nutrition itself.

My passion for nutrition and behaviour change led me to a diploma in Nutrition and Healthy Living, but I couldn’t find an approach that combined structured nutrition with real behaviour change for sustainable, long-term health - so I created one. Now, as a certified coach, I help people break free from dieting and emotional eating while still achieving their health goals. My coaching cuts through the noise, blending psychology, science-backed strategies, and practical habits, so you can nourish your body with confidence - without obsession, restriction, or confusion.
